Fees, Merchandise payment and other charges
Fees, Merchandise payment and other charges associated with performing errands on the clients behalf are the responsibility of the client. All service fees are to be paid after errand completion or monthly basis if you have signed up for a subscription.
Posie Errands services will not be liable for any third party damages (dry cleaning, electrician etc.)
All purchases made on the clients behalf are to be paid by client after service is provided. We are not responsible for any charges or late fees incurred by the client. Grocery/Shopping purchases may not exceed $150 limit. If exceeded a $10 fee will be attached to delivery fee.
A 1 hour notice is required for cancellation of scheduled services. Less than 1 hour notice will incur 50% of service charge; if no notice is given, the full service fee will apply.
Subscription only covers Basic Errands any additional request/days require additional payment.

Posie Errands request booking in advance, but we understand that emergencies come up. Give me a call and I wil make every effort to accommodate your request. Services requested without booking, on and/or during holidays or outside of normal business hours (Monday- Friday 8am-5pm and Saturday 12-5pm) are subject to availability and will incur an additional fee based on request.
A $10 fee will be charged for all returned checks. The credit card on file may be used for returned check fees.
Termination of Service
Posie Errands reserves the right to terminate the service of a client at any time for any reason.
Posie Errands LLC respects your privacy. We are committed to providing you complete confidentiality. We will not sell or exchange your information. All information provided by the client, including, but not limited to, credit card information, email addresses, phone numbers and addresses will be gathered for the sole purpose of providing errands and billing.
